Tara Sharma’s Kids – Zen and Kai

This week’s celebrity kids are Tara Sharma’s kids Zen and Kai . Zen is 4 and Kai is 2 years old. Kids look her her hubby Roopak 🙂

I clearly remember the character played by Tara in the movie ‘Saaya’ , a beautiful and simple movie. ‘Page 3 ‘ was also impressive , where she plays the role of a struggling actress. Tara left the world of movies post the birth of her first son, but continues in the social parties and meets.

Now she is back with Tara Sharma’s show , I hope to watch it every week. Tara talks about everything about motherhood in the show.

Zen and Kaai are so cute and adorable. In the interview to Idiva , Tara says “I would exercise for at least 30 minutes every day when I was pregnant. This helped me in getting back in shape straight after delivering. But again, I dispelled the old wives’ tale of ‘eat for three’ since my doc said: ‘Just eat for one, even when heavily pregnant.’” Tara says she is one of the moms who could fit into her jeans the day of delivery. Her genes are amazing !
