Do you want to give raw banana powder porridge to your baby ? Heard of this brand ? Double Horse? Well, I have heard about all other products of this brand , but I didn’t know that they had kaya podi / etthakka podi  also in their product range until my hubby bought it one fine day !! 🙂

My Experience :

It is an awesome product , my choice for an ideal baby breakfast. Superb quality of the product must say.

    I am not getting this double horse raw banana powder online. Also it is not available in any of the stores in blore . Do u have any site where this double horse raw banana powder is available online. Even in the link mentioned by u, it is not available.

    Hi Sangeetha, I could only find Periyar brand banana powder in a local Indian store here in US. Could you please share your reviews about this product.

      Hi Aruna ,

      I stay in Mumbai and haven’t seen Periyar brand here. Will search for it and review once I get it. Periyar is a reputed brand in Kerala they have varieties in rice and rice flakes (aval).

      Hi Vidya ,

      Raw banana powder porridge can be started from 8th month if you are using formula milk . It can also be made in water instead of milk if you havent started any top feed. From 1 year old , you can start this porridge in cows / buffalo milk.

    Hey Sangeetha, I just saw this in the local Indian store here in the US. However, I have no clue how to use it. COuld you please share some recipes or uses of raw banana powder. Also, how good is using raw banana powder as comapred to using normal yellow bananas?
