Vegetable Soup with Spinach and Sprouts for Babies and Kids

Ingredients
  • Spinach - a bunch
  • Sprouts - ½ bowl (I have used moong sprouts. You can use other type of sprouts as well)
  • Onion - 1 small
  • Garlic pods - 4 to 6
  • Potato - 1 small
  • Tomatoes - 2
  • Beans – 4 to 6
  • Salt to taste
  • Butter - 2 teaspoon
  • Sugar - 1 teaspoon
Instructions
  1. Wash all the vegetables properly
  2. Peel the onion & potato .
  3. Dice the beans, tomato, potato , and onion into small chunks.
  4. Pressure cooks all the veggies & sprouts with one glass of water until soft (2 whistles approx).
  5. Once cooled, blend to a soupy consistency.
  6. Add salt, butter and sugar & warm the soup
  7. Serve without delay.
Notes
1. This soup can be strained as well. It is an optional step.
