Vegetable Soup with Spinach and Sprouts for Babies and Kids

- Spinach - a bunch
- Sprouts - ½ bowl (I have used moong sprouts. You can use other type of sprouts as well)
- Onion - 1 small
- Garlic pods - 4 to 6
- Potato - 1 small
- Tomatoes - 2
- Beans – 4 to 6
- Salt to taste
- Butter - 2 teaspoon
- Sugar - 1 teaspoon
- Wash all the vegetables properly
- Peel the onion & potato .
- Dice the beans, tomato, potato , and onion into small chunks.
- Pressure cooks all the veggies & sprouts with one glass of water until soft (2 whistles approx).
- Once cooled, blend to a soupy consistency.
- Add salt, butter and sugar & warm the soup
- Serve without delay.
1. This soup can be strained as well. It is an optional step.
