  • Fresh grated coconut - 2 and half cups
  • Jaggery- 1 cup
  • Cardamom powder- 1 teaspoon
  1. Heat a little water and add jaggery to it.
  2. Stir jaggery until it is completely melted.
  3. Add fresh grated coconut to jaggery syrup and mix it.
  4. Stir the mixture till jaggery is well incorporated into coconut.
  5. Continue stirring until it turns sticky and gets binding consistency. It takes approximately 15-20 minutes to get the stickiness in the mixture.
  6. Now, turn off the flame and add cardamom powder to the mixture.
  7. Roll the laddoos.
  8. You may garnish the laddoos with sliced pistachio and almond nuts.
