3 Ingredient Coconut Ladoo

- Fresh grated coconut - 2 and half cups
- Jaggery- 1 cup
- Cardamom powder- 1 teaspoon
- Heat a little water and add jaggery to it.
- Stir jaggery until it is completely melted.
- Add fresh grated coconut to jaggery syrup and mix it.
- Stir the mixture till jaggery is well incorporated into coconut.
- Continue stirring until it turns sticky and gets binding consistency. It takes approximately 15-20 minutes to get the stickiness in the mixture.
- Now, turn off the flame and add cardamom powder to the mixture.
- Roll the laddoos.
- You may garnish the laddoos with sliced pistachio and almond nuts.
