Chocolate Semolina Cake

- Semolina: 1 cup
- Wheat flour: ½ cup
- Baking soda: ½ teaspoon
- Baking powder: 1 teaspoon
- Yogurt: ½ cup
- Olive Oil: ½ cup
- Cocoa powder: ⅓ cup
- Vanilla extract : ½ teaspoon (optional)
- Powdered sugar: 1 cup (adjust as per sweetness)
- Milk: ¼ cup
- Salt: a pinch
- Tutti fruity or dry fruits: as needed
- In a bowl sieve wheat flour, semolina, baking soda, baking powder, cocoa powder, salt and keep aside.
- In a bowl add oil, yogurt and powdered sugar. Mix well so that there are no lumps.
- Add the semolina, wheat flour, baking soda, baking powder cocoa powder into the oil and yogurt mixture and give it a good mix.
- Add milk if the batter is too thick or else you can omit it
- In a microwave safe bowl, microwave the batter for 6 minutes and yummy cake is ready.
- To bake the cake in an oven, preheat the oven and bake for 30 minutes. Insert a tooth pick and check if it comes out clean.
- Garnish with nuts of your choice.
