Banana Sheera or Semolina Banana Porridge

Ingredients
  • Rava – 1 cup
  • Golden long bananas – 3 chopped
  • Hot Milk or water – 1 ½ cup
  • Raisins, cashews and almond mix powdered – 1 tablespoon
  • Ghee – 2 ½ tablespoon
  • Sugar or jaggery powder – 6 tablespoons
Instructions
  1. Roast rava for 10 minutes till it changes its color
  2. Heat a kadai with ghee and roast rava for 3 to 4 minutes.
  3. Add in bananas and mix well.
  4. Add milk or water and dry fruits stirring continuously until the rava absorbs all the milk.
  5. Once the rava is cooked and lump free, add sugar or jaggery powder.
  6. Stir well till the mixture leaves sides of the pan. Serve warm.
