Ingredients
  • Poha - 1 cup
  • Milk – 1 tablespoon
  • Curd – 1 cup
  • Ginger – 1 teaspoon finely chopped
  • Cucumber – 2 tablespoon finely chopped
  • Cumin seeds – 1 teaspoon
  • Freshly grated coconut – ½ cup
  • Green chilies – 1 or 2 finely chopped
  • Coriander leaves - to garnish
  • Ghee – ½ tablespoon
  • Salt – to taste
Instructions
  1. First clean and wash poha in a sieve and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat a pan with ghee and add cumin seeds. Once it sputters, add ginger and green chillies. Fry for a few minutes and switch off the heat.
  3. Take a bowl and add curd. You can add in milk next.
  4. Add in poha, grated coconut, salt and the tadka. Mix well.
  5. Add chopped cucumber and mix well. Garnish with coriander leaves.
