Tomato Dosa Recipe for Babies, Toddlers and Kids

  • Dosa batter: 1 cup
  • Tomato - 1 chopped
  • Jeera - ½ teaspoon
  • Red chilly powder - ½ teaspoon
  • Oil /butter - as needed
  • Salt to taste
  1. Chop tomatoes into pieces.
  2. In a blender add in tomatoes, red chili powder, jeera and grind it into smooth puree.
  3. Add this mixture into the batter.
  4. Grease a non stick pan with ghee, oil or butter.
  5. Take a ladle full of batter and spread it in circular motion.
  6. After 2 minutes flip the dosa on the other side and cook both the sides.
  7. Tomato dosa is ready. Serve with chutney of your choice, sambar or any vegetable curry
