- Dosa batter: 1 cup
- Tomato - 1 chopped
- Jeera - ½ teaspoon
- Red chilly powder - ½ teaspoon
- Oil /butter - as needed
- Salt to taste
- Chop tomatoes into pieces.
- In a blender add in tomatoes, red chili powder, jeera and grind it into smooth puree.
- Add this mixture into the batter.
- Grease a non stick pan with ghee, oil or butter.
- Take a ladle full of batter and spread it in circular motion.
- After 2 minutes flip the dosa on the other side and cook both the sides.
- Tomato dosa is ready. Serve with chutney of your choice, sambar or any vegetable curry
