  • Mangoes - 2 chopped
  • Cardamom powder - a pinch (optional)
  • Saffron or kesar - a few strands (optional)
  • Jaggery or sugar powdered - as required (optional)
  • Sauth or dry ginger powder - a pinch (optional)
  • Water or milk - as required
  • Dry fruits - 1 tablespoon (optional)
  1. Wash mangoes and then peel off the skin
  2. In a blender add these mango pieces followed by saffron and jaggery or sugar which you prefer for your taste
  3. You can add some water or milk to thin down the mixture
  4. Add in cardamom powder or dry ginger powder if required
  5. Add dry fruits of your choice as favorite toppings
  6. Refrigerate and serve in glass or bowls
