Drumstick or Moringa Leaves Stir Fry To Boost Lactation

Ingredients
Moringa leaves- 2 cups
Grated coconut - ½ Cup
Mustard seeds - a few
Coconut oil- 2 tbsp
Salt- to taste
Pepper powder- to taste
Turmeric powder- a pinch
Instructions
Heat oil in a pan and splutter mustard seeds.
To this add moringa leaves, salt, turmeric powder and pepper powder.
Stir well and close it for 1 minute on low flame.
Open the lid and stir well putting it in medium flame.
Take care not to overcook the moringa leaves.
Once the leaves are wilted/cooked add freshly grated coconut and switch of the flame.
Stir well and serve hot with rice or any of the postnatal food that you are taking. (I used to take it along with my Uluva-kanji (fenugreek-rice porridge) as part of postnatal diet)
